Renovations to this 7,000 sf, 65 year-old downtown theater provided multi-use space for the community, focusing on music, theater, and digital arts. The renovation contributes to the Town’s efforts in the creation of a cultural arts district revitalization of the downtown Cary area. During initial phases, Falcon prepared an asbestos and lead-based paint abatement plan as well as geotechnical subsurface and pavement investigations. During construction, Falcon provided materials testing and special inspections, including proofrolling observations, field and laboratory testing of materials, and inspection of masonry, steel, and wood structural components.
