Project Description
Falcon provided geotechnical engineering and subsurface investigation during the design phase of the new pharmacy building. Our services included field and laboratory evaluation as well as engineering recommendations for site preparation, general construction, and foundation design. Soil parameters were provided for earth passive pressures and seismic design considerations. A permanent dewatering system was also designed for the construction of the basement consisting of an under slab perforated pipe system and sump pits.
