Project Description
This project included demolition of the existing 48,000 sf Carmichael Gymnasium to make way for a 82,800 sf addition. The addition houses student recreation spaces including fitness center space, functional training area, wellness space, rock wall, and multipurpose rooms. The renovation also connects the gym and recreation center to create one primary entrance. Falcon provided geotechnical services for this project during design and testing and inspections during construction.
