Salary Range: $55k – $80k per year depending on qualifications

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented CAD Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating precise and accurate technical drawings using CAD software. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers and project managers.
Responsibilities:
- Create and modify technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD and other CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure designs meet project specifications
- Conduct site visits to collect data and ensure design accuracy
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Substantial previous training/certifications in AutoCAD and/or Microstation also considered
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other CAD software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- NCDOT experience is a plus, but not required
