Marisa’s Role at Falcon: Human Resources Manager
What is your favorite thing to do?
Spending time with my daughter and husband. From vacationing, to taking walks in our local park, to learning something new – just taking in everyday life together is priceless!
What would you do for a career if you weren’t doing this?
I would work with children with disabilities. When I was in school, I had a particular interest in children with Down syndrome and did a research report on the genetic disorder.
What are three career lessons you’ve learned so far?
1. Happiness is a journey, not a destination.
2. Always stay humble and kind.
3. Never stop learning.
What do you enjoy most about working at Falcon?
Knowing that I’m part of the team that strives to make Falcon a wonderful place to work, I look forward to doing my job every day. The relationships and hard work of everyone at Falcon makes work enjoyable.
“It is with great pleasure that we welcome Marisa back to our Falcon family serving in the role of Human Resources Director. Marisa brings a wealth of knowledge pertaining to various aspects of employment and benefit administration. However, her greatest asset is her cheerful, sunny disposition and her willingness to assist, participate and learn other areas of our business. She continues to make a positive impact on our culture and her contributions are just one of the reasons why Falcon is such a great place to work!” – Margaret Robertson, PG, President, CEO
