“Patrick manages Falcon’s Construction Services Department. In this role, he is responsible for allocating the necessary company resources to meet varying Construction Materials Testing (CMT) and Special Inspections (SI) requirements for multiple active construction projects on a daily basis. He is also responsible for recruiting, developing, managing and scheduling a large staff consisting of Project Managers, Engineers, Inspectors and Technicians. He ensures that all of Falcon’s CMT/SI resources, such as field testing equipment and laboratory testing equipment are properly maintained, regularly calibrated, and meet the strict requirements of various accrediting bodies such as AMRL and NCDOT. I have had the pleasure of working with Pat for more than 10 years now, and consider him a good friend. I admire many things about him, but the thing I admire most is how he manages to devote so much time, professionalism and attention to detail to his job at Falcon, while also maintaining an active, healthy family life as husband and dad to his wife, three kids and two dogs. He is a busy man!!” – Chris Norville, PE, Vice President
