This quote always reminds me to stay alert, keeps me on my toes, and prevents me from getting too comfortable/stagnant.
What do you enjoy most about working at Falcon?
I enjoy the challenging projects, continuing education, and great colleague relationships – teamwork.
“Shaun’s knowledge and experience with structural steel, welding, and weld examination is unparalleled in our industry, making him a great asset to Falcon and the projects we are involved in. His work is not only recognized by management and his co-workers at Falcon, but by our Clients and their design and construction teams. In addition to structural steel, Shaun is also very experienced with inspections and testing of all traditional construction materials that are included on complex projects. When he is not on the job, Shaun has extended his knowledge for welding into his personal life creating some very detailed steel fabricated pieces.” – Chris Norville, PE, Vice President
