“Jay came into the geo department and immediately fit into his new role. He picks up on new tasks quickly and accomplishes them efficiently. Starting a new role can be cumbersome, but Jay has proven he is up to any challenges that come with all facets of geotechnical engineering. He has become accustomed to the tasks involved and has excelled whether they be traffic control, (in which safety is paramount), investigative field work (where detailed documentation is a must), or office work related (where he has a solid background). Jay has become such an integral part of the geo department that we couldn’t do without him and we could use another just like him.” – Allan Paul, PE, Geotechnical Engineer/CMT Project Engineer
