The Mayton Inn is a boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown Cary at the corner of Park and Academy streets. In addition to 44 guest rooms, the Inn also includes a full-service spa, full on-site gym, and a southern inspired restaurant and bar open to the public. With the Owners’ commitment to sustainability, several environmental features are incorporated into the Inn including a 20,000 gallon rain water cistern hidden beneath the terrace, the use of pervious concrete on site, low-flow faucets and shower heads, and LED lighting. Falcon provided materials testing and special inspections for this project including sitework, foundations and concrete, masonry, and sprayed fire resistant materials and coating.
